You can create a customized review template which helps tracking the progress of company personnel. Information is stored in secure data centers with 24x7 monitoring.

There is a recruitment module to manage the full talent acquisition process with onboarding support as well. The product also supports benefits along with time & attendance, and the application is mobile device access ready as well.
TribeHR on the other hand provides an HR solution which is built on a social collaboration platform. This allows for social engagement between employees & managers which can be incentivized by HR to improve productivity.
