Copper (formerly known as ProsperWorks) is a cloud-based CRM solution built for small to large enterprises. It claims to be the only CRM software with full integration with G suite tools. It also has Activity Reporting, Lead and Activity Insights, Goal Tracking, Custom Fields, Task Automation, Meeting Scheduler, Sales Forecasting, Basic Reporting, and more features. Copper was founded in 2013 and is currently based in San Francisco, California with up to 500 employees.

Its Basic plan is $25 per user per month with full G Suite integration, 3 email templates per user, 1 bulk email send per day, mobile app, meeting scheduler, and basic reporting and sales forecasting. It can also manage 30,000 records, has 5 custom fields, 2GB storage, and Zapier and Slack integration.

Professional plan is $59 (10 email templates per user ) per user per month with all Basic features plus email open tracking, 10 bulk email send per day, Task Automation, Workflow Automation, Activity Reporting, and Google Clouds Data Studio. It also has 25 custom fields, 100,000 records, and 200GB storage.

It also includes integrations with MailChimp, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Zendesk, and DocuSign. Business package is $99 with all Professional features plus unlimited email templates and bulk sending, Lead & Sales Insights, Leaderboard, Goal Tracking, 100 custom fields, 500,000 records, and 500GB storage. It has additional integrations with RingCentral, single sign-on, and multi-currency capability.
