ContactWrold software is a Cloud-hosted Contact Centre software that is built for Salesforce. The platform allows businesses to connect their agents instantly to customers and prospects over the phone, social media or through email. ContactWorls software is a product of NewVoiceMedia, a company established in 1992 in the United Kingdom.

ContactWorld offers five elements that make conversations within the platform great. These elements include Advanced CTI routing, seamless Salesforce integrations, agent-centered UX, voice infrastructure, and integrated analysis.

Combining the voice infrastructure and the Salesforce data integration, the service and sales teams have the necessary tools to personalize each conversation. The core features of ContactWorld software include Features, IVR, Dialler, Omni-Channel, Global Voice Assurance, and Salesforce integration. The platform offers training to its users through Webinars, Live Online and documentation.
